End-User License Agreement

If you agree to all of the terms of this End-User License Agreement, by checking the box or clicking the button to confirm your acceptance when you first install the web application, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement. Also, By downloading, installing, using, or copying this web application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not check the box or click the button and/or do not use, copy or install the web application, and uninstall the web application from all your server that you own or control.


With this script, We are using the official Social Media API (Google Business, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter etc, except Instagram) which is available on Developer Center. That is a reason why this script depends on Social Media API(Google Business, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc). Therefore, We are not responsible if they made too many critical changes in their side. We also don't guarantee that the compatibility of the script with Socia Media API will be forever. Although we always try to update the lastest version of script as soon as possible. We don't provide any refund for all problems which are originated from Social Media API (Google Business, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc).


We may share personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information collected from or about you with third parties, as explained further below (“Data Recipients”). We require such Data Recipients to adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and the agreements that we may enter into with them.

Social Networking and Single Sign-On Services

When you choose to share information with social networking services or single sign-on services about your activities on the Service, such as Images and videos you Publish on Service For Your Accounts On (Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) , such information about you and your activities is shared with that social network or single sign-on service.

Sharing with

(Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc).. if you visit while logged-in to Social Media API(Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc), then those entities may record your browser details and combine technical information from your web browser with other information that each of them already knows about you. Your decision to share information about your activities on the Service within your Social Media Accounts profile may result in sending relevant information about you to Social Media Accounts. Social Media API(Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) may then make that information visible to their respective users in accordance with applicable law, their own data and privacy policies, and your IG and Facebook or Google privacy settings. We recommend you familiarize yourself with Facebook’s and Google’s respective data and privacy policies and available account privacy controls. We remind you that is independent from these third-party companies and that any privacy settings you might have chosen on the Service are not applicable on Facebook, Google or any other social network account.

You can disconnect us from Integrated Services.

You may revoke access to your account on any Integrated Service, such as Google or Facebook, at any time by updating the appropriate settings in the account preferences of the respective Integrated Service. You should check your privacy settings on each Integrated Service to understand and change the information sent to us through each Integrated Service. Please review each Integrated Service’s terms of use and privacy policies carefully before using their services and connecting to our Service.

Privacy practices of third parties (Youtube):

This Privacy Policy reports collection, processing and use of personal data by Data Controller and Data Processor. Our users may have access to data and use it in other ways in accordance with their own privacy policies. Data Controller encourages users to familiarize themselves with the privacy policies provided by any platform they use to publish or process any data. Please note that Data Controller services may use the YouTube API. YouTube’s API Services – Developer Policies require us to notify users that our services exploit YouTube API Services ( from YouTube) and to link to the YouTube privacy statement:

Data Processor accesses, collects, stores and processes data from YouTube’s API in respect to: Video Snippet (thumbnail, title, description, statistics, comments), Channel settings (cover), Channel statistics and Channel snippet (thumbnail, title). Such data is processed by the Data Controller as per the requirements of YouTube’s API Services – Developer Policies:

This data will not be used in any manner that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected. Data Processor processes such data to provide users our social media monitoring services. This includes providing users access to our different features and insights. Our processing for the purpose of providing our services is based on our legitimate interest to do so or on users’ consent (where applicable, such as when the user signs up for an account). If you do not accept the terms of this agreement and you purchased a product containing the web application from an authorized retailer, you may be eligible to return the product for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable return policy
